HelpMyScreen provides friendly phone-based technology support for common computer, email, internet, printer, browser, and software issues.

Support service

HelpMyScreen gives general troubleshooting guidance. We cannot guarantee that every problem will be fixed, and users remain responsible for their devices, accounts, software, and data.

Screen sharing

Any screen-sharing support link is optional, read-only, and requires your explicit consent. HelpMyScreen cannot control your mouse or keyboard through the support link. Close private or sensitive information before sharing.

SMS program

Program name: HelpMyScreen Support. HelpMyScreen may send text messages during a live support interaction to ask for an email address, send support-status updates, or help deliver a secure support link. Message frequency varies based on support requests. Message and data rates may apply.

For help, reply HELP or call +1 229 860 5532. To opt out of SMS messages, reply STOP. After opting out, you may not receive text messages needed for support-link delivery.

Safety boundaries

Do not send passwords, security codes, banking information, Social Security numbers, payment card details, or sensitive documents to HelpMyScreen by text or voice.
